1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped prawns, spring onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
2. Assemble the Dumplings: Take a dumpling wrapper and place about a tablespoon of the filling in the center.
3. Seal the Wrappers: Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold it over to create a semi-circle, pressing the edges together to seal tightly. You can also pinch the edges for added decoration and security.
4. Repeat: Continue this process until all filling is used. Lay the assembled dumplings on a tray lined with parchment paper to keep them from sticking.
