Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base

In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, melted butter, honey (or golden syrup), and condensed milk until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it out evenly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator while preparing the marshmallow layer.
Step 2: Prepare the Marshmallow Mixture

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
