Ingredients

Scale

For the Base:

  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup honey or golden syrup
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

For the Marshmallow Layer:

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (or large marshmallows chopped)

  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and sprinkles until everything is well combined.

Step 3: Assemble and Chill

  1. Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the biscuit base.

  2. Press down gently to ensure everything sticks together.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

Step 4: Slice and Serve

  1. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into 16 squares.
