– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds (for garnish)
– 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Follow these simple steps to create your delicious Hibachi Steak Bowls:
1. Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the sliced steak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the Vegetables: While the steak marinates, wash and slice the broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini.
3. Cook the Rice: If you haven’t done so already, cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
4. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
5. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender but still crisp. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
6. Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the marinated steak in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
7. Combine: Return the vegetables to the skillet with the steak and add the remaining tablespoon of soy sauce. Toss everything together for another minute to heat through.
8. Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top each bowl with the steak and vegetable mixture.
9. Garnish: Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and presentation.
10. Serve Immediately: Enjoy your Hibachi Steak Bowls while they are warm and fresh!
