Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture
- In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Stir in the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the dried parsley and mix well.
Step 3: Coat the Ritz Crackers
- Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss to coat each cracker evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and mix again to distribute the cheese.
Step 4: Bake Until Crispy
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until they become golden brown and slightly crispy.
