Easter Kool Aid Pie

  • Author: Luna
  • Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

For the Pie Filling:

  • 1 packet Kool-Aid drink mix (any flavor; pastel colors like pink lemonade, blue raspberry, or grape work best)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 premade graham cracker crust

For Decoration (Optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Easter sprinkles or pastel-colored sugar
  • Mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk and Kool-Aid powder. Stir until the Kool-Aid is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Step 2: Fold in the Whipped Topping

Gently fold the whipped topping into the Kool-Aid mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix—this will keep the pie light and airy.

Step 3: Fill the Pie Crust

Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with the spatula.

Step 4: Chill the Pie

Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. For a firmer texture, you can freeze it for about 1-2 hours.

Step 5: Decorate & Serve

Before serving, top with whipped cream, Easter sprinkles, mini chocolate eggs, or jelly beans for a festive Easter look. Slice and enjoy!
