Follow these steps to create your Decadent Coffee Cheesecake:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Prepare Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and ¼ cup of sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3. Bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool while preparing the filling.
4. Beat Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
5. Add Sugar and Flour: Gradually add the remaining sugar, flour, and salt, mixing until well combined.
6. Incorporate Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined.
7. Mix in Coffee: Pour in the cooled brewed coffee and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. If desired, add instant coffee granules for a stronger coffee flavor.
