  • Total Time: 4 hours 20 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

For the Panna Cotta:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 packet (2 ½ teaspoons) unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

For the Easter-Themed Toppings:

  • ½ cup fruit coulis (strawberry, mango, or blueberry)
  • ¼ cup white chocolate shavings
  • ½ cup pastel-colored candy eggs
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Bloom the Gelatin

Step 2: Heat the Cream Mixture

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 3: Add the Gelatin

  1. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.

Step 4: Pour into Molds

  1. Divide the mixture evenly into six small ramekins or dessert cups.

  2. Let them cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Step 5: Add Easter Toppings and Serve

  1. Before serving, top each panna cotta with fruit coulis, white chocolate shavings, pastel candy eggs, and fresh mint leaves.

  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!
