1. Prepare the Garlic Aioli: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.
2. Make the Burger Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
3. Form Sliders: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
